Santa Fe ISD has partnered with UTMB to provide our students free access to behavioral health services through a grant funded program called Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT). School counselors will work with students and families to identify students in need of mental health services. With parent permission, the student will be referred to the TCHATT program, a school-based telemedicine service. An initial diagnostic evaluation will be completed by a University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) child and adolescent psychiatrist or psychologist followed by a limited number of visits with a mental health care professional. Appointments will be held at our Indian Success Academy campus. For more information, please contact your student's campus and speak with their counselor.
