The following documents are required of each student (including athletes, managers, athletic trainers, statisticians, film crew, etcetera to participate in athletics each school year. 

Every document must be completed in full and returned to the appropriate coach prior to the athlete participating in any practice, scrimmage, tournament, or game.  

Athletic Participation Fee

All students participating in athletics will be required to pay a $50 participation fee, annually.  The fee will be collected one time regardless of the number of sports or teams a student participates in per school year.  

We will begin collecting the fees after the charge is assessed on the student's Skyward account (after Sept. 1, 2021).  Fees will be paid online through Skyward.

Exemptions to this fee will be based on the free and reduced lunch program qualifications.
