The University Interscholastic League exists to provide educational extracurricular academic, athletic, and music contests. The UIL was created by The University of Texas at Austin in 1910 and has grown into the largest inter-school organization of its kind in the world.

UIL Previous Athletic Participation Form (PAPF)
The Previous Athletic Participation Form must be completed when a student athlete registers with SFISD to play athletics. This form must be completed and signed by all appropriate parties BEFORE the student can participate in any games or contests. Once the student and parent/guardian has completed their portion, the form should be delivered to the SFISD Athletic Department for review and submitted to the appropriate parties. The head coach will be notified when the student athlete has been cleared by the District Executive Chairperson. Click here for a step by step overview on completing this form.
