CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATIONCAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION
The Career and Technical Education (CTE) is a department of Santa Fe I.S.D. which offers programs that are dedicated to preparing young people to manage the dual role of family member and wage earner. CTE enables students to gain entry-level positions in high-skilled, high-wage jobs while they continue their education.
We embrace an attitude of continuous improvement by keeping abreast of current trends in business and industry. It is through the involvement and teamwork among members of the Santa Fe Independent School District family, parents and our business and post-secondary partners that we are able to provide relevant "real world" experience coupled with high academic standards which greatly enhance our students' future successes.
Career and Technical Education is a great way for students to prepare for the highly technological and competitive workplace of the 21st century.
