Getting Started:

Already have a Skyward Family Access Account? Click on Enroll Today and select New Student Online Enrollment on the left hand side of the screen to begin this process. You will not need to complete the Parent Account Request form

Need a Parent Account? A Parent/Guardian will need to Request a Family Access Account before completing the registration. Please make sure you enter an email address that you use regularly and check it for updates. You will receive an email if your application has been approved, denied or if additional information is required. Once you will receive an email with the login information, Login to Skyward-Family Access and select New Student Online Enrollment on the left hand side of the screen to begin this process.

** SOCIAL SECURITY CARD **

** IMMUNIZATION RECORDS **

** CURRENT PROOF OF RESIDENCY ** SHOWING PARENT/GUARDIAN'S NAME AND SERVICE ADDRESS

(Examples include light bill, cable bill, water bill, lease agreement, mortgage statement)

** GUARDIAN’S VALID STATE ID ** (Drivers Licence, Passport)
