Hello, my name is Hope M. Otto and I am the Professional School Counselor for Kubacak Elementary as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor. At Kubacak Elementary our motto this year is "Where All Coaches, Coach All Players". My number one goal is to help coach all our players (students) to be successful. Success for one student may look very different than success for another student. One element of counseling at any level, is a need to allow others to be heard.
Through communication, we allow others to have a voice. I believe students, staff and parents must all work as a team to help our students be successful, not only academically, but also emotionally. This is achieved through several programs on our campus, such as the Lunch Bunch Group, Group and Individual Counseling, Social Emotional Whole Group Lessons and Individual counseling for short-term solution focused goals.
